Behati Prinsloo Shares First Pic With Adam Levine Since the 2022 Cheating Scandal
Behati Prinsloo is back to posting hot couple Instagram photos with Adam Levine.
On February 17, the supermodel shared a photo of herself and her husband playing an arcade basketball game, among other pics from an elopement celebration for Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine and Tab Vintage founder Alexis Novak. “Pop-a-shot,” Prinsloo captioned the images with multiple pink heart emojis. Just a few days prior, fans noticed Levine was left out of her recent Valentine’s Day photo dump. Could this be a response to those comments?
This new post marks Levine’s first appearance on his wife’s Instagram since the singer was publically accused of having an affair just days after Prinsloo officially announced she was pregnant with baby number three in September 2022. To make matters worse, the Maroon 5 frontman allegedly asked to use IG model Sumner Stroh’s first name for his unborn child, according to screenshots of their DMs.
Prinsloo and Levine have been married since 2014 and share two daughters—six-year-old Dusty Rose and four-year-old Gio Grace—as well as a third child they welcomed in January 2023. The last time Adam Levine was featured on Behati Prinsloo’s Instagram feed was on September 14, in celebration of “National Rosa Tequila Day.” Before then, he was a regular fixture on her grid.
While sources said Behati Prinsloo was “very upset” when the cheating scandal first broke, the model was reportedly “100% committed to her family.” Meanwhile, her husband apologized for his “inappropriate” behavior, though he denied the affair.
“I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,” he said in a statement. “I did not have an affair. Nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.”
He continued, “In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family. My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.”
